About the Author
Ben O'Donoghue is a celebrity chef, television presenter, author, and brand ambassador for whom cooking is a passion and a reflex. It's something he's done since childhood, and it never ceases to give him pleasure or stimulate his imagination. Ben trained in France and has worked at some of the UK's more notable restaurants, including The River Café with Jamie Oliver and the exclusive Monte's Club.
